Q: Do you ship to Canada / Argentina / Australia / any other country?

A: Yes, we are shipping to nearly all countries in the world, with all available shipment methods.

 

Q: What is the shipping cost to my country?

A: The shipping cost is being calculated automatically on the basis of the items weight, shipment method and the destination country, therefore we cannot give here any fixed cost. However, you can easily check the shipment cost simply by adding the items to your cart, clicking “Make Order” and proceeding to the screen where you choose the payment and shipment method - the cost will be given after you choose your country from the "Shipping country" select box. Don’t worry, the order won’t be made at this stage and after you check the shipping cost you can empty your basket.

 

Q: I ordered a product, and it turned out to be too small. Can I exchange it?

A: Yes, of course – if the item is unused, undamaged and we have the desired size in stock, we will exchange it. Contact us first, using our contact form and send us all the details, we will get back to you with all the info. Please remember, that in this case you will be asked to cover the shipment cost of sending you the exchanged item.

Q: I ordered the item, the delivery time declared on your site has passed and I still have not receive it. What shall I do?

A: Please contact us using our contact form. We will check with the post operator what could be the matter and current status of the package. Please remember, that the delivery time could be little bit longer than declared on our site (for example because of customs procedures), unfortunately we do not have any influence on that. We always send the order as soon as possible – and the rest lies within the post operators area of responsibility.

 

Q: I think I’m not getting any emails from your store

A: Please check your SPAM software and folders. Sometimes our emails are inappropriately classified as SPAM messages. We are always replying to our customers emails as soon as possible.

Please also note, that our Customer Service working hours are 9 am - 4 pm Warsaw time (GMT +1) each working day. The Customer Service is not working besides these hours and in holidays. All the emails received then will be answered in the first working day after.

 

Q: Can I contact you by phone?

A: There is no such possibility, you can contact the Customers Service  via email only, using this address or our contact form.

Please also note, that our Customer Service working hours are 9 am - 4 pm Warsaw time (GMT +1) each working day. The Customer Service is not working besides these hours and in holidays. All the emails received then will be answered in the first working day after.

 

Q: I have made the order and paid for it several days ago and the status still says “We are proceeding your order”. Why it takes so long?

A: The majority of the orders are being proceeded the same day after we got the payment (if we get it before 12 Warsaw time) or the day after. However, sometimes it might happen that proceeding with the order can take few days longer, as not all items are in the magazine located in our office. Moreover, the orders are being proceeded in the queue, so if there are lots of them, the latest orders will be proceeded at the end. But don’t worry, we always make our best to send you your order asap. Please also remember, that if you are in a desperate need of having the order soon (because you need it as a gift for example), please contact us using our contact form and we will see what can be done.

 

Q: When a particular size will be restocked? I left a comment under the item but I never got the answer.

A: Please contact us using our contact form, we will let you know about the possibilities of restocking. We are not answering the questions located on the site in the product comments.

 

Q: I left a notice for you in the PayPal system while making a payment. Did you get it?

A: If you want to send us a notice regarding the order (question, shipping address change etc) contact us using our contact form and include your order number. We do not take under consideration any other comments.

 

Q: I'm wearing XXXL sizes. Ordered a t-shirt in this size and it does not fit. Why?

A: When you are choosing the size, please make sure you will measure yourself, or a similar item which fits on you, and compare it with our size chart (cm or inch). Please remember, that "XXXL" size in your country can (and most probably will) be different from "XXXL" size in Europe. All the sizes which we use are European. Q: Can I pay with a credit card?

A: Of course - you can pay with a credit card directly via dotPay (no additional account needed), and also via PayPal.

To pay with DotPay, just choose Credit Card payment method and then, on the operator site, Visa/Mastercard payment channel and proceed accirding to onscreen instructions. The process is 100% secure and straightforward.

To pay with a credit card with PayPal, you must have a free account in the PayPal system, as such payments are being done within PayPal. Your credit card must be connected with your PayPal account. To pay with a credit card with PayPal, simply make the order and choose "PayPal payment" in the payment options, and then, after logging into PayPal follow the on-screen instructions. Q: I'm trying to make an order, the shop asks me to input a different shipment address where I cannot choose my country. Why?

A: If you are buying as a non-registered user (or you are registered but didn't complete your shipment address in user settings panel), please remember to choose the shipment country on the screen with payment and shipment method choice:

 

This is necessary, as the shop calculates the shipment costs on the basis of the target country. If you don't select your country at this step and click "Make order", the application will assume the default shipment cost zone. If your country which you choose on the next screen is not in this zone, the application will force you to choose a different shipment address - where you will be able to choose only a country which lies in the default shipment zone.

Therefore it is crucial to choose your shipment country on the screen above - application will not ask you then to choose a different shipment address. 

The above is not related to registered users who completed their shipment address prior to making the order, the country will be selected automatically on the basis of the customer address.
