Complaints

All products in our store have the manufacturer's warranty. If the goods you received are not compatible with the order, report it to us at: shop@browarperun.eu

The basis for the complaint is a proof of purchase (receipt). It must be sent with the order and a description of the problem to our address:

We will proceed your complaint in 14 days from the date of delivery.

You also have the right to exchange the product when the size is inappropriate with the same product of the other size if available. In this case, the shipment cost of sending the order to us and sending it back to you is covered by you.

NOTE! Use the products according to the instructions on the tags. Remember that printed clothing can be hand washed only.
